Hours are 2:30pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday and overtime as needed.

• Deliberate presence on distribution floor to build operational awareness and associate relationships.
• Recognizes associates direct feedback and recognition programs.
• Coaches associates to maximize performance using established coaching methods, focusing on behaviors and results that drive learning and performance.

• Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes plans to achieve results, remains agile to adapt to change.
• Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system and associated outputs; handles related issues.
• Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes/issues.
• Identifies opportunities for innovation.

• Devotes focused time and energy to establishing and maintaining relationships with associates.
• Enables an energizing and fun culture by showing appreciation, recognition and positive reinforcement.
