Columbus Museum of Art is seeking a Museum Store Manager to lead the CMA Museum Stores, onsite and online, directing merchandising, product development, brand alignment, and financial performance to enhance visitor experience and support the museum's mission.
The role partners with curatorial, publications, marketing, and finance teams, overseeing inventory, budgets, vendor relations, and a diverse retail staff across locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends.
