Position: Project manager / Scrum master

We are looking for a Strong Middle Project Manager to join our software development team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage end-to-end delivery, work with distributed cross-functional teams, and serve as the key link between client expectations and internal execution. You will lead client engagements, ensure operational alignment, and support both financial health and long-term relationship growth.

Most of the projects you will manage will be in the Fin Tech domain
, requiring high attention to detail, security, and compliance standards.

Project
New projects are coming, so we are looking for a PM to join a few of them. It can be discovery phases, outsourced fintech projects from scratch, or built based on our Dash Devs product - Fintech Core. As a PM, you will work closely with Program Manager(s) who will manage your work in terms of strategic account and companies goals.

What technologies do we use on our projects?As a PM you will work mostly with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google meet, and internally created dashboards that will help you in your daily routine. On our projects we use modern technologies that our tech team recommends based on each project’s needs.

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • A 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project manager / Scrum master in software development projects (preferably in Fintech)
  • Strong knowledge of every phase of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to set up the processes and guide the Agile team
  • Ability to prioritize and control the deadlines
  • Accurate Scope management
  • Risk analysis and risk management
  • Ability to plan and manage releases
  • Confident communication skills that help to build relationships with both clients and teams
  • Focus on value delivery and continuous improvement
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and project management software

Skills that will be a plus:

  • Experience with Fintech and Banking domains
  • Experience in the Presale process
  • Technical background
  • PM or SM certifications
Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality goals are met.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, drive proactive communication, align expectations, and build trust.
  • Integration & Process Management: Ensure smooth coordination across engineering, QA, and product teams; manage change and delivery processes.

    Risk Management:

    Monitor project quality, track feedback, identify risks early, and lead mitigation strategies.
  • Financial & Margin Oversight: Track project financials, forecast budgets, monitor profitability, and support contract renewals.
  • Team Collaboration & Resource Planning: Coordinate with team leads and HR to manage onboarding, resource allocation, and overall team well‑being.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to refine delivery processes and client‑facing communication for greater efficiency and transparency.
