** Summary
* * The Project Manager initiates, maintains, and manages our client's projects on an ongoing and project basis. They direct and coordinate the day-to-day agency efforts on assigned accounts. In this role, the Project Manager ensures that the agency provides:
· Sound and responsible project management and planning.
· Proper and innovative execution of work in all areas on schedule.  
· Great communication and project experience for our clients.

* Role Responsibilities:

* · Work with the Paid Social and Paid Media Team Leaders to develop scope-of-work, timing, and estimates.  
· Manage overall internal and external communications of project status, timing, risks, and action items.  
· Manage project scope and project financials.  
· Facilitate quality assurance reviews for projects to ensure the highest quality deliverables.  
· Monitor and advise the project team on impending resource needs and project requirements as they shift day-to-day  
· Communicate project status to teams and clients on a regular basis.  
· Facilitate weekly client meetings and deliver follow-up communication.  
· Ensure proper change management documentation is executed as scope changes or project priorities shift, and new requirements are communicated to project teams.  
· Contribute to the creative process by assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions and recommending approaches.  
· Serve as the point of contact for any third-party contractors the team may need. Ensure contract, work orders, invoices, and quality are executed properly and timely.  
· Contribute to the development of internal processes, projects, and tools.  
· Responsible for allocation of team resources for projects in conjunction with other project managers and agency lead.

** 4+ years experience as a project manager in an marketing agency (
** B2B or tech startup environment).  
· Interest in and aptitude for project managing marketing solutions.  
· Knowledge and experience in project managing digital campaigns.
