As our new Operations Director, you will become part of our cross-functional Finance & Operations Team. You will manage and lead a team of operations and support specialists, responsible for resource management, productivity, quality control, and support systems. Your main objectives include enhancing operational procedures, systems, and principles to improve information flow, business processes, reporting, and identifying opportunities for system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and implement a service billing organizational structure compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Support our sales and delivery teams, collaborating with senior management to execute our strategic roadmap
• Recruit, train, assign, schedule, and manage the operations and support team
• Provide operational insights for strategic planning and develop action plans
• Work with General Manager to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations Management, preferably in the technology sector
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing and developing teams
• Proven experience in senior operational roles within B2B technology or software resale/distribution
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, aligning team objectives with company goals
• Deep understanding of business operations, process design, and system integration
