Job Overview:
The Infrastructure Project Manager - Advanced will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts and roadblocks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $70- $72/HR on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
