- Expertise in managing large transformation programs preferably involving SAP
- Domain experience in Utilities especially utility Billing
- Must have managed very large programs( >10 Mn USD) involving multiple stake holders from the customer side as well as stake holders from other vendors.
- Program management of a large Transformation initiative involving SAP ISU
- End to end Delivery ownership for the program.
- Manage all the high value stake holders including other vendors as well.
- Work with the Customer PMO team to define and manage the financials
- Work with the Architecture/Solution group to define the right solution and ensure the team is delivering towards the same.
- Track and ensure the Delivery milestones are met with out any gaps or delays
- Ensure the program team is having all the needed information and support to deliver as per the timelines.
- Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to manage CXX level Stake holders
