Office Team Leader

As an Office Team Leader at Market District, you’ll oversee front-end and office operations to ensure a seamless, guest-focused shopping experience. You will lead and schedule office and front-end team members, manage cash handling and deposits, reconcile registers, and maintain accurate records. In this role, you’ll support hiring, training, and performance feedback while upholding Market District’s standards for service, food-focused hospitality, and community engagement.

You will collaborate with store leadership to improve processes, support sales goals, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
