Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, OH

Pay: $18.55 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Transportation Available from Newark

What You'll Do

* Lead and support a team of 8-10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals

* Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations

* Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized

* Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team

* Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement

* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

* Step in where needed-your leadership sets the tone

What You Bring

* At least 18 years of age

* A Federal REAL  (star in the top right corner)

* Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)

* Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

Physical Requirements
