** National Church Residences is seeking a
** Program Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
** to oversee the daily operations of supportive housing programs serving individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness. This leadership role ensures high-quality, person-centered services while promoting housing stability, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes.
** What You'll Do
*** Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
* Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with HUD, CoC, and organizational standards.
* Monitor program performance, documentation, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.
* Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance, resident engagement, eviction prevention, and successful tenancy.
* Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies.
* Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction best practices.
** What You'll Bring
*** Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* 3–5 years of experience in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.
* Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
* Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.
