This role offers broad exposure to senior leaders, enterprise priorities, governance routines, employee engagement programs, and rapid-delivery business initiatives. The successful candidate will help drive execution across a diverse portfolio while partnering with stakeholders throughout Consumer Bank to advance key priorities and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

- Drive Strategic and Operational Initiatives
- Lead and coordinate high-visibility initiatives that support Branch Banking priorities. Establish clear plans, manage timelines and dependencies, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes across multiple work streams. Projects may range from operational improvements and branch initiatives to technology-adjacent implementations and process enhancements
Support Leadership Routines
- Partner with leadership teams to prepare executive-ready communications, presentations, business reviews, staff meeting materials, and strategic updates. Translate complex information into clear and concise messages that help leaders make informed decisions and drive action
Coordinate Governance and Oversight Forums
- Own the operating rhythm for governance and oversight committees by facilitating agendas, coordinating materials, documenting key decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability through completion. Anticipate risks, elevate issues, and help stakeholders remain prepared for critical discussions and decision points
Champion Employee Recognition Programs
- Manage and continuously improve key employee recognition and engagement programs, including communication strategies, stakeholder coordination, governance routines, and program effectiveness measures. Help strengthen employee engagement by ensuring programs are delivered with operational excellence and meaningful impact.
Promote Operational Excellence
- Establish structure and discipline across a dynamic portfolio by maintaining documentation, monitoring commitments, identifying risks, and ensuring transparent communication and follow-through. Bring a continuous improvement mindset and help create scalable solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness
