Job Description
- Serves as the primary training, adoption, optimization, and consulting resource for patient care and revenue cycle services, supporting integrated clinical information systems that enhance clinical operations, revenue cycle functions, administrative processes, and patient outcomes.
- Leads the planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and optimization initiatives for clinical and revenue cycle applications.
- Acts as the subject matter expert for training and system adoption, leveraging clinical, operational, and application knowledge to support new system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
- Conducts training needs assessments and develops, delivers, and evaluates educational programs to ensure effective utilization of clinical and revenue cycle technologies.
- Collaborates with operational and clinical stakeholders to assess current workflows and business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future-state workflows that maximize system functionality, operational efficiency, and user adoption.
- Supports change management efforts and promotes best practices to optimize system performance and end-user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, revenue cycle, or related field and four years of experience in education, staff development, and/or clinical or revenue cycle operations.
