Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers for 30 years.

Crystal Clear Building Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to provide oversight to numerous commercial cleaning accounts in the Greater Columbus area, primarily near the campus of OSU. The ideal candidate will have a history of progressive experience in the janitorial field, with the capabilities of managing large and small crews at a variety of different types of facilities. We are seeking someone with a sense of urgency, the ability to be proactive in anticipating needs, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

This is primarily an evening position, working from approximately 5:00pm to 2:00am.

Duties consist of:

• Supervision
• Scheduling
• Building inspections
• Training / Development
• Supply delivery
• Timekeeping /Payroll
• Employee relations
• Customer service
• Covering open positions
• Managing special projects
• Tags:

This is an Hourly position $22 - $25 per hour based upon experience.
