As a House Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home. You'll coach and develop staff, foster a positive team culture, strengthen relationships with families, and ensure every individual receives exceptional, person-centered support.
What You’ll Do- Lead Residential Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring services are safe, person-centered, and aligned with each individual's goals. - Develop & Support Your Team:
Coach, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals while building a positive, accountable team culture. - Ensure Quality:
Monitor documentation, incidents, billing, and regulatory requirements. - Champion Individual Success:
Ensure Service Plans are implemented consistently while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion. - Manage the Home:
Oversee household budgets, maintenance, supplies, scheduling needs, and daily operations to create a safe, welcoming environment. - Build Strong Partnerships:
Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, support teams, and leadership to deliver person-centered services.
- Confident leaders who enjoy mentoring and developing others
- Organized professionals who balance people, operations, and priorities
- Problem-solvers who take ownership and make thoughtful decisions
- Individuals passionate about inclusion and quality services
- High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Two years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Evening, weekend, and emergency availability
