This isn’t a back-office leadership role. It’s for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, elevate their team, and deliver game-changing performance every day.

What You’ll Do:

Lead from the front - hire, train, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales reps
Set the tone and keep the team motivated to meet and crush sales quotas
Use data-driven insight to monitor performance, track KPIs, and unlock new market potential
Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, quotas, and growth plans
Deliver coaching with confidence - and hold the team accountable to results
Consult with customers to match them with top-tier products and services
Oversee the sales budget, approve expenditures, and ensure profitability targets are met

What We’re Looking For:

2-3+ years of proven experience in sales leadership
A natural motivator who knows how to get results - and elevate people along the way
Confident communicator, both with internal teams and customers
Highly organized and performance-driven
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) + MS Office proficiency
Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
