is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee the Columbus, OH Fulfillment Center team responsible for picking and packing, ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment from start to finish.
Reporting to the Outbound Manager, you will drive performance, manage schedules (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday), and partner with training to develop staff. 2+ years leadership in a fulfillment setting and WMS/RF experience are preferred.
