Senior Closing Manager of Affordable Housing

The Senior Closing Manager will serve as a key subject matter expert to the Development team, leading complex financial closings, negotiating and reviewing legal documents, advising on LIHTC, HUD, financing, title and survey matters, and driving transactions from strategy through execution. As the second-in-command within the Development Closings function, this individual will also provide direction to Closing Managers and Paralegals, collaborate closely with internal teams and outside counsel, and play a meaningful role in shaping the department’s continued growth.
