Veralto is seeking a Director, M&A and Assistant Corporate Secretary to lead strategic transactions and governance. Reporting to Corporate Secretary and VP, M&A, you will drive execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures across global markets.
You will oversee due diligence, negotiate LOIs and purchase agreements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, and advise senior leadership on deal strategy and integration.
