We are looking for a forward-thinking AI leader to establish and guide a new enterprise capability in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities:

• Create and lead a company-wide AI Center of Excellence that supports long-term innovation and business alignment.
• Shape the enterprise AI vision and translate it into a prioritized roadmap with clear goals, milestones, and outcomes.
• Identify promising use cases, oversee pilots, and advance successful concepts into production-ready business solutions.
• Put governance structures, usage standards, and responsible AI practices in place to support consistent adoption.
• Work closely with senior leaders and business partners to uncover opportunities and expand the practical use of AI across functions.
• Build, mentor, and direct a multidisciplinary team capable of delivering technical and business-focused AI initiatives.
• Define the operating model, core processes, and technology landscape needed to support an effective AI organization.
• Assess new AI platforms, tools, and external partners to determine strategic fit and enterprise value.
• Ensure AI programs deliver sustainable operational results rather than remaining limited to experimentation.
