Location RequirementMust be located in, or willing to relocate to one of these areas:
Burlingame, ElSegundo, Hillsboro, Montebello, Ontario, Renton, Roseville, San Jose.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of multi‑unit, high‑volume operational leadership across multiple states (required).
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability.
- Operational Leadership (20%): Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards.
- Talent Development (20%): Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives.
- Performance Management (15%): Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with cross‑functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities.
- Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%): Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in‑person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery.
