Our client is a 37-year-old, privately owned company who In the last 3 years have more that doubled in size. They are leaders in providing comprehensive pressure washing for commercial buildings and fleet vehicles. As the organization continues to grow, it is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead and support their growth initiatives across seven locations:
Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Louisville, Detroit, and Toledo. The individual selected for this position would have the choice of being based in either the Columbus or Cincinnati office.

The company specializes in pressure washing for light- and medium-duty fleet vehicles, as well as commercial buildings, stadiums, storefronts, flat surfaces, and parking garages. In addition, it provides body repair, reconditioning, and detailing services for semi-trucks and buses.
POSITION DETAILSCompensation
- Competitive base salary: $130,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience
- First-year on-target earnings, including bonuses: $150,000 to $170,000

- Develop and manage sales budgets, targets, and performance goals
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10 to 15 account managers and marketing professionals
- Monitor and improve account manager performance and effectiveness
- Assess staffing needs and identify required skill sets for additional account managers
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth across all locations
- Support the sales team in resolving customer issues and conflicts
- Travel to regional locations two to three days per week
- Partner in hiring, onboarding, and separation processes as needed
- Strengthen client relationships through networking and professional engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience
- Five to ten years of experience in sales leadership and management
- At least five years of upper-level management experience
- At least five years of marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in B2B service sales is required
- Experience working within a family-owned business environment is highly valued
- Proven track record of professional growth and career advancement
- Experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and networking skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations teams
- Valid Driver's License with clean MVR
