We are seeking an experienced District Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving business performance, developing high-performing teams, ensuring operational consistency, and delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience.
District Operations- Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple locations within the assigned district.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop location managers and their teams.
- Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Assist with recruiting, training, succession planning, and talent development.
- Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve district goals and improve financial performance.
- Manage resources effectively and support budgetary objectives.
- Promote a strong customer-focused culture across all locations.
- Address operational or service-related concerns and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure teams consistently deliver a positive customer experience.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement business initiatives and district-wide strategies.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the district.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Several years of progressive leadership and multi-site management experience.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned district as needed.
- Professional certification in management, leadership, or a relevant industry discipline.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.
- Competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 annually.
