Executive Director/Surgery Center Administrator

Lead a Thriving, High-Volume Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Management ASC

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Reports To: Board of Managers

What You'll Do

  • Set the strategic direction in partnership with the Board and physician owners.
  • Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and cost-effective growth.
  • Lead quality, safety, and compliance initiatives that maintain our exemplary record.
  • Strengthen relationships with surgeons, physicians, staff, vendors, and key partners.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance service offerings.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership in an ASC, hospital outpatient, or surgical services environment.
  • Experience in orthopedic, spine, and/or pain management preferred.
  • Proven success managing high-volume operations with strong financial results.
  • A collaborative, engaging leadership style that motivates teams and builds trust.
