Project Manager

Location:
New York

Experience: 8+

Day 1 onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.

Mandatory

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Program Management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
