Lids - 1550 Polaris Parkway - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up;
Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warning in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and aligning work with company objectives;
Open and close the store, schedule and staff, recruit and train store personnel, and ensure policy compliance
