Hondros College of Nursing is seeking a Campus Manager for the Columbus Campus!

The Campus Manager is responsible for performing a variety of complex tasks related to the implementation, administration, and monitoring of campus programs and services, as well as providing support to faculty, staff, and students in educational courses and programs offered at the College. This role oversees all student data as required by accrediting, approval, and auditing bodies. This position will serve as manager on duty in the absence of the Campus Executive Director.

• Monitors Weekly Campus Reports in order to assist with prioritizing campus objectives, improving results of the operational team, and assisting with all aspects of student success.
• Monitors weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to ensure campus activities are met based upon the Campus Quarterly Timeline, the Admissions Quarterly Timeline, and the Academic Quarterly Timeline of the students.
• Assists with managing the daily activities of the campus and will be the primary operational leadership available to support the campus in absence of the Campus Executive Director.
• Manages the usage of the facility to maximize efficiency in supporting student success.

• Assists in the development, direction, and coordination of the operational team and their activities in order to accomplish collective campus objectives.
• Assists Campus Executive Director in hiring process, training of new team members, and provides ongoing training for continued growth in enrollment, student retention, and customer service.
• Participates in campus operational and leadership meetings as needed.

• Assists campus operations with retention driven activities to develop campus plans that impact the student throughout the student lifecycle.
• Assists with all student communication to develop a campus culture that encourages students to participate in course tutoring, NCLEX preparation activities, and student advisory meetings.
• Supports campus staff with handling student concerns.
• Accountable for student satisfaction.
• Ensures that staff are committed to meeting students' needs and expectations.
• Gathers student feedback, monitors satisfaction levels, and makes necessary improvements to the campus site and services accordingly.
• Shares responsibility for creating a positive learning environment and addressing concerns promptly to enhance the overall student experience.

• Drives policies and procedures to ensure that compliance is followed and executed.
• Adheres to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities.
• Assists with bringing student accounts current and updating student account tracking systems.
• Responsible for ensuring that the College remains fully compliant with all regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
• Proactively identifies, addresses, and documents compliance issues, and leads direct reports in maintaining a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Works hand-in-hand with the Campus Executive Director to ensure the student experience and support of the faculty and staff are functioning at the highest level.
• Works with the Campus Executive Director to support the campus’ Community Partnerships.
• Ensures the campus provides an excellence teaching and learning experience.
• Ensures audit requirements are completed and met.
• Maintains the accuracy and integrity of Student Information System (SIS) data and paper file maintenance.
• Holds direct reports accountable for proper data management.
