Overview
Location: Columbus, OH, 43207
Responsibilities- Safely operate forklifts to transport and position product throughout the facility.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify maintenance or safety needs.
- Keep precise inventory counts; assist with organization and slotting.
- Comply with OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
- Partner with team members to maintain productivity and on-time workflows.
- Escalate equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Current forklift operator certification.
- Hands-on forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials; physically fit for warehouse tasks.
- Effective communicator and reliable team player.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and tracking.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
