Logistics Forklift & Overhead Crane Operator

Every order that leaves on time—and every pallet stored safely—depends on precise material movement. In this role, you’re the logistics link that keeps production running and customers satisfied.

• Experienced with forklifts in a manufacturing setting and certified to operate them.
• Driven by safety, organization, and accuracy.
• Comfortable lifting heavy items and staying active throughout a shift.
• Ready to collaborate and communicate clearly with a fast-moving team.
• Confident using basic computer tools to update counts and locations.

• Use forklifts to move, stage, and store materials across the facility.
• Load and unload trucks and containers with care and speed.
• Perform equipment inspections; report and document maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures without exception.
• Coordinate with peers and leads to hit delivery schedules.
• Identify and elevate safety hazards or equipment issues.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid forklift certification with manufacturing experience.
• Attention to detail and a strong safety-first mindset.
• Physical readiness for heavy material handling and manual tasks.
• Team-oriented communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory management.

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
