**** Overview
* *** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Manual Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read complex blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** Pay Range:** $25.00 - $35.20   Additional 10% differential for 2nd Shift   Includes shift differential for 2nd Shift    Benefits include pay-on-demand via the Rain app, quarterly bonuses, The Revolution Fund, an onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more.
**** Responsibilities
* **** Perform MIG and TIG operations on various metal components, ensuring all welds meet structural and aesthetic specifications
* Interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and weld symbols to determine project requirements
* Conduct thorough visual inspections and use precision measuring tools (calipers, squares, tape measures) to ensure parts meet tolerances
* Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized workstation
* Meet or exceed daily production quotas while minimizing scrap and rework
**** Qualifications
* **** Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in MIG and/or TIG welding, specifically working with steel and/or stainless steel in a production environment
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Current welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is highly preferred
* Proficiency in identifying metal types, gauges, and various hardware components
* Must be able to stand for long periods and be capable of lifting up to 80 pounds regularly
* Candidates must successfully pass a hands-on welding test as part of the interview process
* Requirement to wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a welding helmet, gloves, and steel-toed boots
