We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to lead and strengthen workplace safety initiatives at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, drive safety programs, and promote a proactive safety culture across plant operations.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures
- Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs
- Work closely with the Plant Head and cross-functional teams to maintain high safety standards
- B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering / Industrial Safety
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial safety
- Preferred Age Group: 30–35 years
