We are looking for a hands‑on worker with sharp attention to detail, who can work in a fast‑paced environment and complete quality work in a timely manner. The successful candidate must read orders, prioritize work, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Full‑time employees are eligible for bonuses, benefits, and receive on‑the‑job training.
Job Responsibilities- Read orders to determine stock needs
- Lift, measure, and move items required for fabrication
- Fabricate items per order from customers or as directed by manager
- Pull items from inventory to complete orders
- Package and prepare orders for shipping
- Operate necessary shop equipment to fulfill orders
- Load orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities based on business needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
- Read orders and fabricate items per customer or manager direction
- Multi‑task and meet conflicting customer demands regularly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
