Job TitleElectro-Mechanical Technician-Apprentice – Columbus, NE
Job SummaryThe Rewinder is responsible for rewinding a wide range of electro‑mechanical equipment, including motors, coils, and stators, with precision and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong technical skills, familiarity with specialized equipment, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities- Strictly comply with all safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
- Complete all required Quality Assurance (QA) checks and documentation for each job.
- Disassemble, rewind, and reassemble various types of AC/DC motors and other electro‑mechanical equipment.
- Operate specialized stripping, winding, burn‑off, and testing equipment.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for all tasks.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and performance development programs.
