Drive Capital is looking for a Technical Training Manager in Columbus, Ohio, who will lead training and development efforts for associates in GMP-regulated processes supporting AAV Manufacturing operations. This role will involve delivering training, mentoring new associates, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards. The Technical Training Manager will also have the responsibility of developing training programs in close partnership with Manufacturing leadership, thereby enhancing workforce readiness and compliance.
Strong experience in training methodologies and GMP processes is essential.
