- 7:50am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)
- 11:50pm
-8:00am (Sunday-Thursday)

General
Summary:
This position will require forklift/clamp truck certification. This is open to those who already have a forklift license. Forklift license with Novolex and SAP experience a plus. Duties of this position include (but are not limited to):
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift and clamp truck to supply moistening, printing and forming machines with roll stock on a timely basis.
- Remove finished goods from formers, stretch wrap, prepare packing slip, and load trailers.
- Unload trailers and/or rail cars and properly store all incoming materials, completing receiving reports as required.
- Check all deliveries for damages and/or shortages.
- Daily inventory of KANBAN items, order as needed.
- Monthly cycle counts, audit variances.
- Receive materials into SAP (rolls, corrugated, parts, etc.).
- Filing truckloads and delivery receipts.
- Scan documents to network.
- Inventory and arrange for shipping of scrap loads.
- Scheduling inbound deliveries
- Printing roll tags
- Backup/assist shipping supervisor.
- Mock recalls.
- Ordering of office and production supplies.
- Printing Nestle labels.
- UPS packages - check in, verification, distribution.
- Driver check-in.
- Coordinate shuttle driver duties.
- Assist with coverage for vacations and absences.
- Daily production entries into SAP.
- Maintaining warehouse inventory spreadsheet for finished goods.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices.
Qualifications:
- Must have valid drivers license
- Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred
- Must work overtime as needed and flexible to work on any shift.
- Must be a demonstrated team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
