Hourly Non-Exempt (12-Hour Rotating Shift 5:50pm to 6am)
Pay: $16.17 - $21.00 / hr + 10% Night Shift Differential

Initial Job
Responsibilities Include:
Production Associate’s may be assigned to work in either the Company’s fabrication or extrusion operations with job responsibilities that include but not limited to:
- Operate fabrication equipment with little or no assistance after having been properly trained.
- Maintain a rapid pace in packing extruded parts into the box or crate
- Monitor parts counts in each box or container
- Perform set-up and finishing work including construction of packaging materials, disposal of scrap and product labeling.
- Assist with quality checks of extruded and fabricated parts.
- Work in a safe manner, reporting safety risks, and keeping work areas clean.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed including operator reports, safety check sheets, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications, Education and/or Relevant
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical/Mental Demands:
- Must be able to understand written and verbal instruction and following operating procedures.
- Must be able to learn and retain information on products, operating procedures, quality requirements, set-ups, etc.
- Must work well in a team setting.
- Must be able to lift loads up 50 pounds and assist coworkers with heavier loads.
- Must be able to work on your feet for a 12 hour shift.
