Machine Operator - 2nd or 3rd Shift

- Full Time
- 2nd Shift (Mon. to Fri. from 2:45p-11p)
- 3rd Shift (Sun. to Thurs. from 10:45p-7a)
- $22 - $24/Hr starting pay, based on machine operating experience
- Performance based pay raise and Bonus program eligibility after 1st 90 days

- Several years of Machine Operator experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Able to properly use and read a tape measure and micrometers
- Good with Computers and Technology
- Excellent Attendance
- Effective Team Player
- Willingness to learn and complete our training program successfully
Physical Requirements
- Operate various flexible packaging manufacturing machines. (Laminator, Slitter)
- Perform machine adjustments as necessary.
- Follow all machine safety guidelines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Follow all job and work instructions.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Work in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the physical dexterity to bend, stand, flex, and reach as the position dictates.
