We are currently hiring for an Industrial Batch Operator (Chemical Operator).

$25.79 per hour initially before certification
$30.18 per hour after certification which takes approximately 90 to 120 days to complete internally
Shift differential of $1.20 per hour is paid for hours worked on 3rd shift.

The role of a batch operator apprentice is to safely operate and control systems in weighing, metering, and mixing raw materials to make consistent batches while following batch sheets and quality standards to meet customer requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Must pass pre‑employment physical, drug screen, and background check
• Chemical processing/batch experience strongly preferred

Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including head, eye, ear and foot protection 90-100% of the time.

3rd (11:00pm-7:30am). Initial training will occur during 1st shift which is 7:00am - 3:15pm. Occasional overtime may be required.
