Operator - Packaging Machine

Role in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS. Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm. Pay: $21.00 not including shift differential. Full time.

• Verify and prepare repackaging material and equipment for production run.
• Responsible for packaging machine set up/ changeovers for production runs, following work instructions and standards.
• Operate packaging equipment, including troubleshooting and making adjustments according to work standards; follow escalation protocol when needed.
• Repackage raw material into finished product that meets packaging specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance for mechanical issue resolution.
• Maintain production room and equipment cleanliness and sanitation.
• Record and prepare accurate batch record information using basic math.
• Participate actively in technical, compliance and other required training as a member of the operations team.
• Adhere to cGMPs, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the shift.
• Work with the AHP operations team to meet or exceed quality and production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production line efficiency.
• Partner with supporting areas, such as quality, to resolve issues that prevent operational success.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

• Requires completion of a high school diploma or GED.

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read, write and understand English; good written skills for compliance documentation.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cooperative teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Good judgment in carrying out detailed instructions.
• Basic problem‑solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
