Build and assemble electrical control panels from start to finish;
Read, interpret, and utilize blueprints and electrical schematics to complete panel-building projects correctly and safely;
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, mount, wire, and assemble components within electrical panels;
Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the panel-building process, verifying correct wiring, labeling, and component placement;
Collaborate effectively with coworkers, typically working in small teams of 12 people to complete each panel type
