Set up and tear down extrusion lines, including installing, changing, and aligning dies, and preparing the line for production;
Start up extrusion lines and achieve stable operating conditions that produce quality finished vinyl siding products;
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to maintain consistent production rates and product specifications;
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues on extrusion lines to minimize downtime and scrap;
Produce quality product at the lowest possible cost by optimizing machine settings, materials usage, and workflow
