Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. This management position carries hands‑on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom‑line results, including hiring, training, and directing entry‑level production staff on fast‑paced shifts.

• Hire, train, and direct production team members.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Ensure plant safety, train partners on safety policies, and achieve compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety at the location.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred

• Ability to handle the physical demands of the position: bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks of offer acceptance.
