Production Packaging Associate – Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour (includes shift differential)
- Base Pay: $18.00/hour
- Shift Differential: $2.50/hour
Schedule:
- Sunday–Thursday
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Training
Schedule:
- One week of training on 1st shift
- Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Training will primarily take place in a classroom setting

We are seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Production Packaging Associates to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Team members will support packaging operations, equipment preparation, sanitation, and quality‑focused production activities while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a production environment for extended periods.
Available Work Areas Decommission Product- Scan barcodes to decommission products
- Remove caps and dispose of product contents
- Perform entry‑level material handling tasks
- Fill cartons with product
- Verify sterile labels and sterilization data
- Operate tape machines
- Stack finished cartons onto pallets
- Monitor packaging/filling machinery
- Remove empty items from production lines
- Stop equipment when jams occur
- Support machine operation and basic troubleshooting
- Stage approved packaging materials and equipment for production runs
- Assist with operating packaging equipment and perform minor troubleshooting
- Follow escalation procedures when equipment issues occur
- Repackage raw materials into finished products according to specifications
- Assist with equipment cleaning and sanitation
- Participate in all required production, compliance, and safety training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively to meet production and quality goals
- Report production or quality concerns to leadership and support teams
- Follow all safety regulations, SOPs, and cGMP requirements
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Strong hand dexterity and coordination
- Ability to lift, push, and handle items averaging 25 lbs. and up to 35 lbs.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Basic math and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented and safety‑conscious
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and identify production or quality issues
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production line experience preferred

Candidates should be motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to maintaining attendance and productivity expectations.
