Compensation: Starting at $21.00/hour. 10% shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.

In this role, you will set up, run and clean equipment in moderately complex production areas (Dispensing, Charging and Bin Washing in Flows 1-6 or Dispensing or Layering in Flow
7) and make product following appropriate procedures in a clean and safe work environment meeting all cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA and other applicable regulations.
Skills assessment required.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the set up, run and clean of dispensed, manufactured and packaged product ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, formula cards, batch records, cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA.
- Maintain and ensure documentation, both written and electronic, is accurate, complete and factual as required by policies.
- Hold quality and reliability as high standards of production service and clearly communicate these standards to others.
- Provide input and suggestions for process improvements and for procedure writing and revision.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Overtime may be required for this position.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to use computers to perform data-entry transactions and retrieve information.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to perform data entry/maintenance in SAP or equivalent systems.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to maintain accurate records.
- Attention to detail, safety, quality and customer requirements.
- Basic math skills for calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and metric conversions.
- Ability to use measuring devices such as scales, balances, calipers.
- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read information and apply details to situations.
- High personal motivation and initiative.
- Learn and apply relevant work instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow directions as assigned by management, peers, or written instructions.
- Adapt and be flexible with daily work assignment changes; continuously improve work environment.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds occasionally; lift 35 pounds overhead occasionally; stand/walk 6-7 hours per shift; push/pull 65 pounds occasionally.
- Pharmaceutical or other regulatory (cGMP) experience.
- Experience in manufacturing environment including set-up, operation, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Familiarity with MS Office, SAP or equivalent systems.
