G&J Pepsi Cola - - Responsibilities:
Operate blow mold facility equipment (e.g. blow molder, labeler, palletizer, conveyor, airveyor, wrapper) to maintain highest level of quality and efficiency; perform equipment changeovers and ensure machines are set for correct specifications (e.g. package, flavor and mold size); monitor label splicing and assist in label inventory management; perform quality checks and follow up to correct quality issues; unload incoming goods and move finished goods ensuring FIFO and proper dunnage;
troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to improve efficiency and reduce downtime; maintain cleanliness and safety, and assist on equipment repairs and rebuilds; communicate status of work activities with supervisor; complete required paperwork; adhere to policies and wear PPE; overtime as needed.
