Trimmer​/Packager

Work for a fast-paced medical marijuana grow facility.

• Trim, assemble and ship products accurately per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a high focus on quality.
• Ship products to dispensaries.
• Trim and handle plant material.
• Fill and close the top of a preroll cone.
• Count, label, and package products.
• Set up and stage materials and equipment needed for production purposes.
• Use scientific scales and follow proper calibration requirements at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
• Package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
• Stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
• Always monitor and check products for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, or any other abnormalities.
• Work well independently.
• Wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non‑slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).

• Must be 21 or older and able to pass a state and federal background check.
• Must work independently.

Hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Compensation is $16 per hour with increases at 6 months and 1 year, plus comprehensive benefits.
