HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL LABOR / KITTING ASSOCIATE IN FRANKLIN, OH

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a General Labor / Kitting Associate to join our team in Franklin, OH. This individual will be responsible for building boxes, palletizing, and assisting with general kitting and warehouse tasks to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $15/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift schedule
• Located in Franklin, OH

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build boxes and prepare packaging materials
• Palletize finished product accurately and safely
• Assist with general labor and kitting tasks as assigned
• Follow work instructions and meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, kitting, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
