SALARY: $29.93/hr.
SHIFT: 11PM to 7AM, 7AM to 3PM, or 3PM to 11PM
Role SummaryProduction operators are a vital part of the Supply organization. They help produce volume through high‑speed, automated technology while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. They monitor quality, interpret data, and continuously improve processes to ensure optimal operation.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain plant safety standards—safety is our top priority.
- Perform process quality control checks.
- Apply Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes.
- Load supplies into machinery.
- Record process data, supporting a data‑driven culture.
- Perform minor maintenance.
- Carry out industrial cleaning and sanitation.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
- Must be able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
- Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnight).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude (preferred).
- Continuous improvement experience (preferred).
- Beer/alcohol industry knowledge (preferred).
