HIKINEX is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Engineer who will lead improvement initiatives at plant locations including Monroe, OH. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 3–8 years of experience in continuous improvement within manufacturing. Responsibilities include coaching teams on Lean principles, driving best practices, and supporting new product launches.
