Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for adaptability? We're seeking an Equipment/Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic team near Columbus, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company experiencing significant growth and transformation.

Potential shifts could include 2 PM–11 PM, 3 PM–12 AM, 8 PM–4 AM, or other variations, providing greater flexibility to fit work around your life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, throughput, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot packaging and labeling systems and processes.
  • Lead equipment and process qualifications for new projects.
  • Provide coaching and training in Lean and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Participate in cost-saving initiatives and prepare project proposals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Open on leveling, 2+ years in a production environment, ideally with high-speed filling and packaging systems.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing.
  • A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
