ACTO BRIOUDE is recruiting! Each piece you shape goes through your expert hands before displaying the precision of a clockwork mechanism. It's this sense of detail that we are looking to strengthen in the production team of our client, a company specializing in high-end watchmaking based in Paulhaguet.

Within the workshop, you work on CNC machines to produce finely detailed mechanical parts. You collaborate with operators, the workshop manager, and the quality service to ensure flawless machining and on-time delivery.

Your responsibilities cover all stages of production, from setting up to first-level maintenance:

• Set up the machining parameters of the machines according to technical plans
• Start and monitor machining cycles
• Check the dimensional and visual conformity of the parts
• Perform tool changes and necessary adjustments
• Carry out routine maintenance on the machines
• Record interventions and ensure traceability of operations
• Participate in the improvement of manufacturing processes

You work during daytime hours, from Monday to Friday until midday. The assignment is planned for the long term, with a perspective of permanent hiring if the collaboration is satisfactory. The environment is structured, precise, and demanding, reflecting the watchmaking know-how you help to sustain.

You enjoy understanding the functioning of machines and adjusting settings to achieve a perfect result. You are comfortable in a workshop, focused, and methodical.

- Previous successful experience in industry, ideally on CNC machines

- Reading plans and understanding machining ranges

- Good mechanical sense and maintenance notions are appreciated

- Rigor in checking the produced parts

- Ability to organize and follow several operations in parallel

- Team spirit and clear communication with other production positions
